When we wanted to sell our home we decided to try to go through ComFree thinking we could save money. After 3 months, 3 price drops and many open houses we were starting to become very frustrated with the lack of people coming to see the house. Since we had basically dropped our price as low as we were willing to go and we still weren't getting much interest we decided we had nothing to lose by getting a real estate agent.
